In many of the search screens, there is a map view function and a board view. 

The Map tool enables you to view your property data geographically and create ad hoc geographical areas to use as part of your search. 
The Board view allows you to manage and view data in columns. That data represents either contacts with a category, a property with a tag or an appraisal with pipeline information.
