How to set up your database correctly.
You may be already set up and your Box+Dice settings are in place, but you might not know about all of the areas of your database that are customisable. By double checking and making some simple changes, you can tailor your experience and get the best use out of the system.
From the access control levels to disabling duplicates, from setting up auto alerts and topping up your SMS credit, let us show you how to customise your database to fit your individual needs.
Note. Any global settings, such as Access Control Levels (ACL’s) will not be able to be configured if you are part of a network as a corporate office normally control these. Other ‘office’ setting however will be able to be configured.
