This course covers key arrears reporting tools, the impact of part payments and credits on arrears calculations, automated arrears communications, and payment plan monitoring. You will also learn how to use reminders and automation workflows to support timely follow-up and improve rent recovery processes. It is suitable for all Palace users responsible for monitoring tenant accounts and managing arrears activities.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Identify and interpret rent arrears using Palace reports, including overdue balances, part payments, and effective paid-to dates
• Generate arrears and invoice reports to monitor outstanding tenant balances and support follow-up activities
• Locate and review individual tenancy arrears using Palace reporting and financial summary tools
• Configure arrears automations to automatically send communications when arrears conditions are met
• Monitor payment arrangements and reminders to support ongoing arrears management and tenant communication
