This video will walk Tenants through the process of being invited to the Tenant Portal and being redirected to the portal page to set up one of the multiple methods available to access the portal.

At the end of this video, you will be able to:

  • Click on the link ‘Create a New Portal Account’ if not setup
  • Redirect to the Property Tree Portal page
  • Access the Portal once the login has been set up
  • Access the mobile app, MRI Property Tree Connect 
  • Link additional properties to an existing login if applicable
