Welcome to our eLearning course on Accounts and Fees. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on the setting up and charging accounts and fees.  This course is the third accounting course and Session 15 of our Property Tree eLearning courses.

• Create and edit accounts and fees
• Understand the difference between event driven fees and manual fees
• Charge fees to Ownerships and Properties
• Charge fees to Tenancies
• Charge fees in bulk or individually
• Track and report on fees
• Cancel and refund Ownership and Property fees
• Cancel and refund fees Tenancy fees
