Property Tree: April 2025 Release - eLearning

MRI Software delivers new and regular feature enhancements to Property Tree each month. This release will be made available from the 9th April, 2025.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Send or view a statement from the Tenancy Profile for either rent, invoices or both
• Know your way around the new transaction file automation using NAB Portal
• Filter by account codes for improved efficiency on the Find Transactions report
• Hyperlink using Tenancy and Property labels on the View Tenancy Credit page
• Navigate around the new Business Insights  Ownership Liability board
• View the enhancements made to the Business Insights Creditors Board and for premium customers the  Management Fees Board
• Be aware of the new third party partner RentSafe in Partner Gateway 
• Understand the defect changes made in Property Tree
