Property Tree: Session 5 - Managing Tasks - eLearning

This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on managing tasks in Property Tree. However, it is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course and the Adding Profile courses before attempting this course.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Stay compliant with the Compliance Register 
• Setup and use the Consumption Register
• Add and use Groups & Tags including Bulk Updating and editing
• Setup, use and track individual Notes and Task Management
• Create Workflow Templates and Tasks, adding Workflows to your profiles
• Know how to edit, add comments and complete task
• Use Workflow Actions to be directed to Send Email page or selected pop-up
• Report on Tasks and Workflows and show on Tribunal reporting
