Property Tree: Session 10 - Lease Renewal and Rent Changes - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)

This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on the Lease Renewal and Rent Change process for residential properties in Property Tree. It is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course, Profiles - Residential courses before attempting this course.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Have an overview of lease options at the end of a term and their benefits and disadvantages 
• Understand how lease renewals, rent reviews, and rent increases/decreases work
• Track and report on existing, expiring, and expired leases, rent reviews and scheduled rent increases/decreases
• Set up Automated communication for Lease Expiry and Rent Change notices
• Update renewed lease dates and enter the scheduled rent changes on the Tenancy Profile
• Configure and charge Lease Renewal fees if applicable
• Update rent change errors and understand FAQs for Residential Tenancies
• Send mail merge letters, email and SMS advising tenants and owners of lease and rent changes.
