• Have a good understanding of the vacating process 
• Enter the vacate information for Vacate, Break Lease and Termination
• Handle calculations to vacate
• Correspond with ownership or tenancy to advise the calculations to Charge To date
• Process rent paid past vacate and vacancy rent credits
• Add new tenancy to a property with a vacating tenancy
• Edit or cancelling the vacate information
• Report on tenancies vacating, vacated and vacant properties
• Understand how to Archive a vacated tenancy
