Property Tree: Session 13 - Invoice Management - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)

Welcome to our eLearning Invoice Management course. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on the tenancy and creditor invoice processes. This course is the first of our Accounting courses and the session 13 of our Property Tree eLearning courses.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the flow of funds process for tenancy and creditor invoicing
• Create and receipt to tenancy invoices
• Schedule recurring tenancy invoices
• Set up and find Creditor profiles
• Create creditor invoices
• Schedule recurring creditor invoices.
• Track and report on unpaid tenancy and creditor invoices
• Link creditor & tenancy Invoices e.g. Water rates and water usage
• Create and process Pay Direct to Creditor Tenancy Invoicing
• Edit unpaid and part paid tenancy and creditor invoices
