Property Tree: Session 14 - Transactions - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)

Welcome to our eLearning Transactions course. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on the different types of transactions you can create in Property Tree and when to use them. This course is the second Accounting course and the session 14 of our Property Tree eLearning courses.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the different receipting types and when to use them
• Create tenancy receipts, rent credits and cancel receipts
• Track and report on transactions
• Create journals including scheduled recurring journals
• Process a bond claim
• Handle rejected owner and creditor payments
• Receipt insurance claims
