Welcome to our Owner Payment and End of Month eLearning course. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on the End of Month process and reporting.   This course is part of our Accounting courses and session 17 of our Property Tree courses.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Relate to why the end of month process is so important
• Outline what should be done before running the end of month
• Demonstrate the end of month process including Pay Ownership, Pay Creditor, Pay Agency and Close Period
• Troubleshoot cancelling, returned or rejected Creditor and Ownership Payments
• Track Ownership reporting including Statements and GST reporting
• Track end of month reporting and Monthly revenue reporting
