Property Tree: Session 18 - Change of Ownership - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)

Welcome to our Change of Ownership eLearning course. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on the Change of Ownership process and troubleshooting.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Organise a checklist prior to running the Change of Ownership
• Demonstrate how to run a Change of Ownership and how the Rent Settlement Date affects the rent for the day of settlement
• Track and report on Change of Ownership Summary
• Troubleshoot when the old ownership doesn’t have enough funds, or the tenancy is in arrears
• Manage invoices owing to the old or new ownership and how to allocate the invoice if there is a part payment for each ownership
• Reverse a Change of Ownership if something goes wrong.
