Property Tree: Session 19 - Sales Management - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)

Welcome to our eLearning course on Sales Management. This course is designed for users with a knowledge of Property Tree and primarily focuses on Sales Management including Vendor Paid Advertising.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Add a listing setting up the Vendor, Sale Property, Buyer and Conveyancer if required
• Outline the Sales Management workflow in Property Tree
• Demonstrate how to use the different advertising options including Vendor Paid Advertising
• Receipt the deposit and advertising funds if VPA
• Charge sales fees
• Disburse the funds on settlement
• Send statements to the vendor and/or vendor’s conveyancer
• Complete the Sale and archive the sale profiles.
