Adding Property Profiles Residential is the fourth session of our Property Tree eLearning Courses. This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on how to add Tenancy Profiles in Property Tree for residential properties. It is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course, Adding Ownership Profiles and Adding Property Profiles courses, before attempting this course and other courses.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understanding the term Profiles and how they connect
- Confidently add a residential Tenancy Profile
- Understand the information options available on the Tenancy Profile once setup
- Navigate and find the information require
- How to invite tenants to the Portal
- Use the Tenancy Profile Summary to hyperlink to important information
- Use the Profile Summary to swap from the Ownership, Property and Tenancy Profiles
