Property Tree: Session 6 - Communications - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)
This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on communication in Property Tree. However, it is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course, Adding Profiles courses and Managing Tasks course before attempting this course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the importance of communicating with your customers
- Configure Automated Communications
- Create and Customise Email and Mail Merge templates
- Send Mail Merge templates individually and in bulk
- Ad Hoc Email Merge including merge template
- Send SMS individually and in bulk
- Find communications and communication history reporting
- Owner and Tenant Portal communications
- Overview of the Communications Platform
