This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on communication in Property Tree. However, it is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course, Adding Profiles courses and Managing Tasks course before attempting this course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand Property Maintenance
- Understand the Maintenance Process
- Use the Maintenance Automated Communications
- Create a Maintenance Request in Property Tree
- Send Request Approval to the ownership
- Send Quotes to creditors/trades
- Send a Work Order to the selected creditor/trade
- Link Invoices to Maintenance Requests and process
- Understand the process of creating Maintenance Requests via the Portals
- Report and track maintenance
- Third Party Integrations
