Property Tree: Session 9 - Arrears Management - eLearning (CPD - TASMANIA ONLY)
This course is designed for users of all levels, primarily focusing on arrears management in Property Tree. However, it is recommended that those new to Property Tree complete the Navigation course, Adding Profiles courses and Managing Tasks course before attempting this course.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understanding how to manage your arrears
- Setup arrears processes and procedures
- Identify tenancies that are in arrears in Property Tree
- Understanding automated communications available for arrears
- Communicate with your tenants in arrears via SMS, email or letter
- Handle rent credits, payment plans and deferred payments
